Development is important! At our school, we have high ambitions for our students' learning and development, and our work is characterized by high engagement. As one of our fantastic teachers has been offered a doctoral position and therefore must leave us, we are now looking for his successor. The position is a permanent contract (subject to you holding a teaching license), at 80% with a start date of August 10, 2026. The role also includes collaborating with our special needs teachers regarding students who may need extra support during certain periods.

At our Noblaskolan schools, we have something we call "Noblakoden" (The Nbla Code). This forms the framework for our schools and is something we all follow. Your role

Every student has what it takes to succeed within them. Our task is to bring out that potential by setting demands, supporting, and challenging. Success is not a destination, but a process we work on in every lesson. Starting from primary school.

You will work as a Swedish teacher for grades 7-9. You will work closely with your colleagues and be part of a subject group together with other teachers in your subjects. You are also part of the team regarding the lower secondary school. Mentoring in grade 7 is also included in the position, where you will be one of several mentors supporting the students.

Your profile

We are primarily looking for you who are a licensed teacher. At our school, we have high ambitions for our students' learning and development, and our work is characterized by high engagement. Therefore, we are looking for you with a strong personal commitment to learning and an interest in developing our students' knowledge and collaborating collegially. As a teacher, you are receptive and wish to guide students into the future. You need to be responsible and able to implement adaptations in the classroom so that all students feel included and have the opportunity to develop.
