🌟 As a special needs teacher (specialpedagogue) with us, you will become a vital part of a dedicated student health team, working closely with teachers, special educators, and school leadership to provide students with the support they need to succeed. Every day, we work to ensure that all students have the right conditions to develop, both academically and socially. You will lead the work with support interventions in reading and writing development with warmth, clarity, and an inclusive approach.
🌟 Your main responsibility consists of mapping, planning, implementing, and following up on interventions for students in need of special support in the area of reading and writing, in collaboration with other educators. You work both individually with students and in a supervisory capacity with colleagues to strengthen teaching at both group and individual levels. You are accustomed to using evidence-based methods and systematically follow up on students' development.
🌟 Mentorship duties are included in the position.
To Apply, We Require✔ Experience working with students in need of special support, preferably with a focus on language, reading, and writing development.
✔ A degree as a Special Needs Teacher (Speciallärare) with a specialization in language, reading, and writing development.
✔ Swedish teaching license.

ConditionsEmployment type: Permanent. Probationary period applies.
Full-time equivalent: 50%.
Start date: August 6, 2026, or as agreed.
