We are looking for course leaders in the following area:

Adult Ballet

Levels: Beginner - Light continuation

The courses start in the transition period between August and September 2026. The dance classes are scheduled on Tuesday evenings. The dance studio is located centrally in Helsingborg.

Recruitment is ongoing throughout the summer.

Description of Duties:

Medborgarskolan is looking for you who want to lead courses in the aforementioned area.

Being a leader with us means: that you are an independent and engaging course leader who is genuinely interested in the subject. At the same time, you are attentive to the participants' interests and needs. Your creativity in the room and regarding the offering is of great importance! We run our course activities with a focus on the participants, and it is important that you are available in terms of time and geography. Your pedagogical skills and your ability to instill trust and security are tested in different ways in different courses. You have the opportunity to influence our course offering and perhaps even be a course leader in other courses/subjects, even at an advanced level. Some administration is included in the form of attendance lists.

Description of Qualifications:

We are looking for you with post-secondary education and experience in the aforementioned dance form.

Experience in previous teaching is desirable.

You should be independent, sensitive, creative, engaged, and genuinely interested in your subject area. You should also be organized, as the work involves some administration of attendance lists and sometimes participant contact outside of course occasions.

Working Hours Part-time, scheduled working hours. Hourly employment.
