We are currently looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Technician for a contract position in Gothenburg. This is an exciting and broad role where you will work with support, operations, and development of IT environments in an international organization, with good opportunities to transition into a permanent position with the client.

• 1st and 2nd line support
• Administration and operation of IT infrastructure
• Monitoring and troubleshooting of systems and integrations
• Management of user accounts and permissions
• Collaboration with vendors and internal IT teams
• Documentation of processes and technical solutions
• Participate in and lead smaller IT infrastructure projects
• Support for operations in Sweden, Norway, and the rest of Europe

• At least 3 years of experience with IT infrastructure in a large/global organization
• Experience with centralized or hosted IT environments
• Strong knowledge in:
  • Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID
  • Windows 10/11
  • Windows Server 2019/2022/2025
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Intune
  • VMware
  • Windows-based networking
• Experience with troubleshooting and support at the 1st/2nd line level
• Knowledge of ITIL and service desk processes
• Fluent English in both spoken and written form
• Ability to travel within the region
