About the role

TouchPoint Medical's goal is to collaborate with healthcare providers and medical technology companies to create smart and sustainable solutions within healthcare. We always put the customer first and strive to make work in healthcare smoother and safer – whether it concerns handling medical technology, information, or medication.

We are now looking to expand our team with an IT Technician. In this role, you have overall responsibility for technical support and operation of advanced medical technology systems in the Nordic region. You work in a close-knit team focusing on software support, combined with practical hardware management on-site at the customer to ensure the highest possible functionality. By your side, you have a technician for the Swedish organization, as well as a few colleagues at TouchPoint Medical's office in Asker, Norway.

Responsibilities

  • Handle 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support via phone and other communication channels.
  • Responsible for server operations, system upgrades, and software logs.
  • Install and configure our own-developed software (Intellimed and medLogic).
  • Perform technical service and maintenance on medical technology products on-site at the customer.
  • Drive and participate in IT projects to optimize customers' solutions.
  • Provide technical support during bidding processes and product presentations.
  • Administer spare parts and consumables for customers.

We are looking for you who

  • Have several years of experience in broad IT support across multiple levels (1st, 2nd, 3rd line).
  • Have good knowledge of Microsoft's ecosystem (MS 365, Azure, and similar systems).
  • Have experience with relational databases (e.g., MS SQL Server).
  • Have experience with server operations, networking, and system maintenance.
  • Are accustomed to nurturing and developing customer relationships and being business-close when supporting customers.
  • Have very good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Have a valid driver's license (Category B) for travel in the role.
  • Have good communication skills.
  • Are able to work independently and structured remotely.

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Knowledge of Azure and Salesforce.
  • Experience with hardware support and hands-on technical service.
  • Knowledge of Norwegian or Finnish.
  • Previous experience from medical technology or the healthcare sector.
