LF Skaraborg is now looking for an engaged and self-motivated BI Analyst/Specialist with a strong interest in smart solutions. Here you have the opportunity to take on a key role in the Control & Analysis team, passionate about analysis and controlling, and working focusedly to help the company reach its goals through a data-driven approach.

You are responsible for collecting, preparing, and making information available that helps the organization understand the business in depth and make well-founded decisions. By identifying the business's needs and transforming them into user-friendly solutions, you become a vital partner in our development. You work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues, and your ability to both collaborate and take initiative is crucial for success in this role.

In various projects, you connect data sources, analyze, and present insights that make a difference – both in the short and long term. With us, you become a central cog in the work to make our operations even more data-driven and successful!

Responsibilities:

• Requirements gathering and data collection
• Building technical solutions, developing, and maintaining reports and existing solutions
• Designing, developing, and integrating data from various sources
• Visualizing data for the business to increase decision security and improve process efficiency
• Conducting ad-hoc analyses and producing decision support materials

Who are you?

We are looking for you with extensive knowledge and experience in BI analysis/development and a strong business drive. We want you to have knowledge and experience with SQL and creating reports in Power BI; you should also have used AI for data management and analysis. Experience with Mercur Business Control and Microsoft Fabric is a plus. We believe you are motivated by tricky problems and driven by finding smart solutions!
