You will step into a crucial establishment project where the ServiceNow HR module will set the framework for how managerial work and the employee lifecycle function in practice. In a complex public sector organization, your task will be to create structure, ensure the right people work towards the same goals, and make sure requirements, processes, and technical solutions align.

You will work closely with business representatives, HR, IT, and developers, together with a business architect, to build efficient and cohesive working methods around preboarding, onboarding, and offboarding. The role has a clear focus on reducing risks, improving the accuracy of design and prioritization, and creating a controlled introduction of new processes and working methods. This is a role for you who want to combine senior project management with concrete impact on both the business and the platform.

• You drive planning, coordination, follow-up, and progress in the establishment of the ServiceNow HR module.
• You ensure that activities are carried out in the correct order and that dependencies are identified, followed up on, and managed.
• You create effective collaboration between business, HR, IT, and development throughout the implementation.
• You support the business in requirements work, process design, and prioritization related to preboarding, onboarding, and offboarding.
• You follow up on deliveries, manage risks, and work to achieve set goals within time and quality.
• You contribute to the planning and structuring of testing work prior to implementation.
• You prepare materials for change management to support new working methods, roles, and processes with good anchoring in the business.
• You handle, as needed, elements related to the recruitment process within the framework of the establishment.

• At least 8 years of experience in project management.
• At least 2 completed implementations of the ServiceNow HR module, from establishment to operation.
• Documented experience in establishing and integrating processes for preboarding, onboarding, and offboarding in ServiceNow in complex assignments.
• Experience leading projects where business and development collaborate on requirements and delivery.
• Experience from the public sector within the ServiceNow HR module, e.g., region, municipality, or government agency.
• You have the opportunity to work on-site 1–2 days per week.
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.

• University education in IT, systems science, HR, business development, or other equivalent education.
• Documented experience in project management within digitalization, business development, or system implementation.
• Certification in project management, e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent.
• Certification in ServiceNow.
• Experience from the region is particularly valuable.
