Your Responsibilities
As an Automation Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying, analyzing, and realizing automation opportunities within our administrative processes. You will work closely with business representatives, developers, SAP specialists, and architects to understand needs, map processes, and contribute to solutions that are sustainable over time. The role is practical and business-oriented, but also has a clear development path towards a more architectural role within integration and automation. You are expected to contribute with technical understanding, curiosity, and structure, while gradually building deeper knowledge of our integrations and business processes.

- Developing, testing, or coordinating prototypes and proof-of-concepts related to automation, workflows, data, and AI-based solutions.
- Collaborating closely with the SAP team, integration consultants, Enterprise Architecture, and developers to ensure solutions fit into the whole.
- Contributing to guidelines and ways of working for when automation, integration, workflow, or system change is the right solution.
- Gradually taking greater responsibility for solution design within defined automation and integration areas.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who is curious, structured, and solution-oriented, with a genuine interest in how technology can improve ways of working and create value for the business. You thrive in the borderland between IT and business and have the ability to understand both technical details and the bigger picture.
You do not need to be a finished architect today, but you have the potential and desire to grow into a more leading role within automation, integration, and solution design. You are comfortable collaborating with various stakeholders, asking questions, analyzing problems, and turning ideas into concrete improvements.

- Experience in automation, data engineering, system development, process development, or similar technical area.
- Good understanding of data flows, system integrations, APIs, workflows, or backend/platform solutions.
- Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into technical or process-oriented solution proposals.
- Experience working closely with both technical teams and business representatives.
- Good communication skills and the ability to create clarity in complex issues.
- A proactive, structured, and independent work style, while being a strong team player.
- Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Relevant higher education in IT, systems science, engineering, data, automation, or equivalent experience.
Preferred qualifications for the position:
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
- Experience with finance processes, such as procure-to-pay, invoice management, order flows, controlling, or reporting.
- Experience with HR processes or administrative business flows.
- Experience with Medius, PLM systems, or other business-critical applications.
