We are looking for two structured and driven IT Analysts / Project Coordinators for a project within application migration. During the first part of the assignment, on-site full-time work is required. Thereafter, the consultant is expected to be on-site three days a week.

In this role, you will work closely with project managers, architects, and technical teams, supporting the entire migration process – from planning and coordination to testing, UAT, Go-Live, and handover to operations.

The responsibilities include coordinating application migrations, monitoring activities, risks, and dependencies, as well as ensuring that necessary requirements and prerequisites are identified before each migration. The role combines IT analysis with project coordination and places a strong emphasis on structure, collaboration, and communication between business, IT, and external vendors.

This assignment is suitable for you who have experience as, for example, an IT Project Coordinator, IT Analyst, PMO, Service Manager, or Junior Project Manager, and who thrive in a coordinating role with many contact points.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Excel, or similar tools.

• Good understanding of IT environments and how applications, integrations, and system dependencies interact.

• Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English.

• Experience in planning, coordinating, and following up on activities and deliverables.

• Experience working in the interface between business and IT.

Desirable Experience

It is an advantage if you have experience with:

• Application migrations or larger transformation initiatives.

• IT Service Management (ITSM).

• Work within larger, complex, or regulated organizations.
