Here you will work close to the core of software quality and developer experience in an advanced technology organization with embedded software and high quality requirements. The focus is on making quality visible early in the development process and giving the development team better prerequisites for delivering robust C++ code through tools, automation, and clear working methods.

You will become part of a team within Observability and Developer Experience that supports other developers with internal applications, expert support, and guidance regarding software engineering principles and Definition of Done. The team works with quality indicators such as code coverage, static code analysis, and other metrics that help the development team make better decisions early on. This is a role for you who want to combine hands-on development in C++ and Python with real influence on quality, working methods, and developer tools.

• You further develop and maintain internal applications that support the development teams in their daily work.
• You work with quality-related solutions for embedded C++ development, focusing on visualizing and improving the quality of delivered code.
• You contribute expertise in code quality, testing, and established software engineering principles.
• You support other developers through technical advice, guidance, and discussions regarding solutions and working methods.
• You collaborate closely with other teams and stakeholders, including an external development team, to drive improvements within backend, frontend, and deployments.
• You contribute to the development of tools, automation, and processes that strengthen the developer experience.
• You explore and use modern AI-assisted development methods to increase efficiency and quality.

• You have extensive experience in C++ development.
• You have very good knowledge of software quality and quality-related aspects of C++ development.
• You have very good experience with Python.
• You have experience with code quality, code review, testing, quality measurement, or related areas.
• You thrive in an advisory role and can support other developers in technical matters.
• You have experience with agile working methods.
• You have experience with AI-assisted development and tools such as GitHub Copilot or similar.

• Full-stack competence.
• Experience with frontend development.
• Experience with static code analysis tools, such as QAC.
• Experience with CI/CD, automation, and developer platforms.
• Experience working with Developer Experience and internal development tools.
