We are now looking for a 1st line support technician for several of our customers in Gothenburg and the surrounding area. Here you will work in a varied support role where you help users with everything from account management and application support to troubleshooting in both Windows and Mac environments.

About the role
As a 1st line support technician, you are the first point of contact for users who need help with IT-related questions. You work in a service desk where you handle incoming cases via phone and case management systems, helping users to quickly move forward in their work.
The role suits you who have already worked some time in IT support and feel confident in independently troubleshooting and handling common support cases.
Responsibilities
In the role of 1st line support technician, you will among other things work with:
- Handle incoming support cases via phone, email, and case management systems
- Provide technical support to users in Windows and Mac environments
- Account management in Active Directory
- Support and troubleshooting in Microsoft 365
- Support regarding cloud services such as Azure or other cloud platforms
- Installation and troubleshooting of clients, applications, and peripheral equipment
- Documentation of solutions in case management systems
- Escalate more complex cases to 2nd line when necessary
Your profile
We believe you have worked approximately 1–2 years in IT support or service desk and have gained a good foundation in helping users with technical problems.
You are service-oriented, communicative, and enjoy working in a role that combines technology with user support. At the same time, you have a technical interest and want to continue developing your skills in modern IT environments.
We would like you to have experience with:
- Work in IT support / service desk
- Active Directory and account management
- Microsoft 365 and user support
- Basic understanding of Azure or other cloud services
- Support in Windows and preferably also Mac
- Work in case management systems
- Phone support and user support
