We are currently looking for two structured and driven IT Analysts / Project Coordinators for an exciting consulting assignment with an established international company with offices in Gothenburg. Here, you will play a central role in a larger application migration program where you contribute to creating structure, driving activities forward, and ensuring successful deliveries.

As an IT Analyst / Project Coordinator, you will support Service Managers and the project organization in the work of migrating business-critical applications. The role combines coordination, follow-up, and operational support with a clear focus on ensuring progress throughout the entire migration process.

You will become a key link between business, IT, architects, suppliers, and project management, while creating structure and overview in a complex environment with many stakeholders.

Your main responsibilities

• Follow up on and coordinate the progress of applications through various migration phases
• Ensure that requirements, dependencies, and prerequisites are clear prior to implementation and migration
• Identify and monitor risks, obstacles, and critical activities
• Support test activities, user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live preparations, and handovers
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and follow-ups with various stakeholders
• Maintain documentation, status reports, and follow-up materials
• Act as a driving force between Service Managers, Project Managers, Architects, suppliers, and users.

To succeed in this role, you need

• Post-secondary education in IT, engineering, or equivalent experience
• Good understanding of IT environments, applications, and system dependencies
• Experience in coordination, follow-up, and administrative structuring within IT
• Ability to collaborate between business and IT
• Very good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
• Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Excel, or similar
• Meritorious: Experience from IT service management, IT support, or project operations
• Meritorious: Experience from migration or transformation projects
• Meritorious: Experience from complex or international organizations
