We are now looking for a driven and structured Systems Analyst for an exciting consulting assignment within Electronics Development Applications. This role is ideal for you who thrive at the intersection of business, users, and technology, and who wish to contribute to the development of innovative and efficient solutions, including within electrical wiring systems.

The assignment is a consulting role starting on October 1, 2026, and running until September 30, 2027. The work is hybrid, with locations in Stockholm, Gothenburg, or Huskvarna. Travel may be required.

As a Systems Analyst, you will work closely with users, stakeholders, and technical teams to identify needs, analyze requirements, and contribute to solutions within electrical systems and CAD applications. You will serve as a crucial link between business operations and technology, working both strategically and operationally with requirement specification, documentation, and system development.

• Collaborating with users and stakeholders to identify and document needs
• Analyzing and translating user needs into clear requirement specifications
• Evaluating and recommending solutions for electrical systems
• Contributing to the development of test plans and execution of system tests
• Documenting system architecture, processes, and workflows
• Working cross-functionally in close collaboration with various departments and technical functions

We are looking for someone with extensive experience in systems analysis and requirement specification. You have a good understanding of electrical systems and applications, as well as a structured and analytical approach to work. To succeed in this role, you need to be communicative, solution-oriented, and confident in your dialogue with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Extensive experience in systems analysis and requirement specification
• Knowledge of electrical systems and applications
• Strong analytical skills and a structured work approach
• Very good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written

• Previous experience in project management
• Experience with CAD applications or development-oriented system environments
• Experience working in complex technical operations
