We are now looking for an IT Technician who wants to help provide our colleagues with a stable, secure, and user-friendly IT daily routine.

About the role

As an IT Technician, you will become an important part of our IT team in Gothenburg. You will work closely with the users in the business and be responsible for ensuring that our employees have the tools and support they need to succeed in their work.

The role is broad and varied, meaning you will work with everything from user support and client management to administration, security, and improvement work. You will have the opportunity to take significant personal responsibility while having knowledgeable and helpful colleagues around you.

Examples of tasks

• Manage the entire lifecycle of computers, phones, and other IT equipment – from installation and configuration to troubleshooting, warranty management, and reuse.
• Provide user support via phone and ticketing system.
• Document solutions, routines, and working methods.
• Work with client management in Microsoft Intune and Entra ID.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and licenses.
• Handle user on- and offboarding.
• Contribute to IT security, patching, and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in the development and automation of processes using tools such as PowerShell and Power Automate.

We are looking for someone who has

• IT-focused upper secondary or post-secondary education, or equivalent experience.
• Several years of experience as an IT technician, support technician, on-site technician, or similar role.
• Good knowledge of IT support, troubleshooting, and computer technology.
• Experience with Windows administration.
• A valid driver’s license (Category B), as car travel is part of the role.

It is an advantage if you have experience with

• Microsoft Intune
• Entra ID
• ITIL or work in a service desk environment
• PowerShell, Power Automate, or Power Apps

Working hours: 07:00–15:45, work is primarily on-site

Travel: Occurs in the role.
