As we scale to support our global customer base, we are looking for a skilled DevOps and Observability Engineer with strong Cloud and CI/CD expertise to join our growing team in Sweden. In this role, you will play a crucial part in building, automating, and maintaining robust infrastructure and deployment pipelines across diverse industries.

The Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking an enthusiastic, hands-on DevOps Engineer who can also act as an operational lead and perform SRE duties. You will join a collaborative DevOps, Observability, and automation team dedicated to developing reliable CI/CD solutions, monitoring system performance, automating infrastructure, and managing multiple stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design, build, and maintain reliable, automated CI/CD solutions.

● Build and maintain an observability platform.

● Act as an operational lead to troubleshoot system issues, monitor pipelines, and ensure high availability.

● Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure across multi-cloud environments, VMware, and Suse Linux.

● Collaborate closely with cross-functional, international teams and cooperate with various stakeholders.

● Drive automation and problem-solving as a core engineering discipline.

Requirements & Qualifications

Technical Skill Set (Mandatory)

● CI/CD Ecosystem: Proven experience with tools such as Jenkins, Artifactory, and SonarQube.

● Cloud Platforms: Solid working experience with AWS, Azure, VMware VKS, and GCP.

● Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Strong experience with Terraform.

● Programming/Scripting: Proficiency in Python and Go.

● Containerization & Orchestration: Deep understanding of Docker and Kubernetes.

● Version Control: Advanced experience with Git and GitHub.

● Monitoring & Alerting: Hands-on experience with Grafana and Prometheus.

Professional Qualifications

● Proven track record in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Systems Administration.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for troubleshooting.

● Excellent communication skills with the ability to thrive in a cross-functional, international environment.

● A continuous-learning mindset with a passion for adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
