About the role

In the role of IT Project Manager at Nexer, you lead IT and digitalization projects through the entire lifecycle – from preliminary study and definition to delivery, implementation, and closure. The assignments can vary between driving a single project, a sub-project, or taking responsibility for larger programs.

As a consultant, you work closely with our customers in various industries in the Gothenburg area. This means varied assignments, new contexts, and the opportunity to contribute to our customers' digital development.

We are looking for you who thrive in a consultant role and appreciate varied work in different environments. You are driven by combining responsibility with relationship building and good business understanding. As a person, you are engaged, goal-oriented, and confident in leading projects – both independently and together with others. You create clarity, build trust, and take initiative to drive the work forward.

You have:

• At least 3 years of experience in IT project management.
• Experience with both large and small IT projects.
• Experience communicating with steering groups, management groups, third-party suppliers, and technical teams.
• Experience with both traditional and agile working methods.
• Relevant higher education.
• You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.

Meritorious: Certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, IPMA, ITIL, or equivalent.
