To one of Sweden's largest ServiceNow installations, which we call Plexus, we are looking for a Technical Solutions Architect. The corporate staff's digitalization implementation of Plexus supports several business areas.
To fully utilize the opportunities and solutions that the platform offers according to the requirements the administration has for Plexus, we need to strengthen our team with a technical solutions architect. Take the chance and apply to one of Sweden's largest employers.
Your Role
As a Solutions Architect within Plexus here, you are responsible for analyzing and translating business needs and technical requirements into sustainable solutions. You act as a technical advisor and contribute to developing and managing our architecture and governance principles. You also contribute to the development of our platform model to ensure quality, scalability, and long-term manageability. You will provide technical evaluation of strategic and operational requirements against Plexus platform architecture, platform capacity, and best practices.
You will be a key part of a development team that manages and develops Plexus to meet business needs. The team follows an agile system development process and collaborates closely with business stakeholders.
Your tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Further development of the Plexus platform.
- Design/development of user-friendly service portals and service catalogs.
- Development of workflows and integrated flows.
- Integration solutions for internal and external systems.
- External integrations supported by our integration platform.

To succeed in this role, you need:
- A university degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Certification as a ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect.
- Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required.
