About the role

At Intraservice, you will work alongside experienced colleagues who are eager to share their knowledge. In a spirit of community and striving for common goals, you will handle a variety of tasks. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to information security, data protection, and compliance within the Microsoft 365 environment, specifically using tools such as Microsoft Purview and sensitivity labels. You will also serve as a support resource for the organization regarding security matters, helping the administration meet regulatory requirements.

Your tasks are diverse; one day you might be solving a complex bug, the next implementing a new technical solution, and the day after improving an existing application. You will have significant opportunities to influence the choice of solutions and technical frameworks.

About you

We are looking for you who have a university degree in IT or equivalent experience. You have several years of experience working with Microsoft environments in the following areas:

• Security & Compliance in Microsoft 365 (e.g., Microsoft Purview, information security, data protection, and compliance)
• M365 Admin Center and Entra ID portal
• Outlook / Exchange
• SharePoint / OneDrive
• Teams
• PowerShell
• Microsoft licensing model
• Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise

Meritorious qualifications:

• Education or certification in Security & Compliance
• Knowledge of Microsoft Defender/Purview portal
• NIS2 knowledge
• ITIL
• Knowledge management
• User support
• Experience from large-scale operational environments (20,000+ users)

Beyond technical skills, we place great emphasis on your personal qualities, such as analytical ability. You can efficiently identify and analyze the core of a problem and propose solutions. You see connections, draw logical conclusions from limited or complex information, and understand how your work impacts the wider organization.
