ALTEN continues to grow in Gothenburg, and we are now looking for several engineers in software development and testing for future assignments with our clients in the automotive industry. We are looking for people with different backgrounds and competencies who want to work with the development, integration, and verification of software in complex systems.

About the role

As a consultant at ALTEN, you will work in technical development teams where the focus is on software development, testing, and verification of functions and systems within vehicles. The assignments may vary depending on your experience and competence, and may include, for example, embedded software development, test automation, system integration, or verification of vehicle functions.

You will collaborate closely with system engineers, developers, and testing teams to ensure robust solutions and high quality in deliveries.

We believe you have:

• A university degree in engineering
• Experience in software development or testing/verification
• Experience with one or more of the following technologies and tools:
• C or C++
• dSpace
• Vector CANoe / CANalyzer
• CI/CD and automated test flows
• Matlab / Simulink
• DOORS or similar requirements management tools

Advantageous

• Experience from the automotive industry
• Swedish language skills (written and spoken)
• Category B or C driver's license
