Job Description

3+ years of experience in Automotive Infotainment Testing on the Android platform.

• Experience with creating & maintaining automated tests using Pytest
• Experience in working on CI/CD
• Experience working with RIG setup
• Able to analyze logs
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork
• Good knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Gerrit, and Linux systems
• Good to have: Candidate from an infotainment background

Job Responsibilities

Testing & Automation

• Automate testing for every release and platform for an in-car app
• Fix known bugs
• Validate features in rig and car (in-car testing)
• Set up the rig

Governance & Ownership

• Establish clear ownership and responsibility matrix

Roadmap & Recommendations

• Deliver roadmap for documentation, compliance fixes, migration, testing automation, and platform adaptation milestones

Department/Project Description

Our client is a well-known global automotive OEM. This work package will operate within the infotainment & connectivity area, focusing on an in-car app that currently exists as a pre-built integrated application. While functional, the app lacks comprehensive documentation, clear ownership, and compliance validation. Additionally, there are known issues and potential architectural improvements that need to be addressed. The team will define the tasks required to document, assess, and enhance the in-car app to align with organizational workflows, compliance standards, and future deployment strategies.
