You will step into a crucial role where a complex organization needs to translate the Cyber Security Act into clear, actionable, and embedded cyber security work. The focus is on creating a common current state picture, identifying gaps in existing capabilities, and developing a prioritized action plan that works both at the management level and within the operations.

The role spans several central areas within information and cyber security, including governance and responsibility, risk management, incident management, business continuity, supplier management, as well as change and development processes. You will become a key link between strategic decisions and practical implementation, with the opportunity to influence how working methods, responsibilities, and security requirements are established moving forward. This is an exciting opportunity for you who want to combine regulatory understanding with concrete change work in an operation with many dependencies and contact surfaces.

• You conduct a gap analysis related to the Cyber Security Act and related regulations.
• You identify deficiencies in the organization's capabilities and develop a common, embedded current state picture.
• You drive the work of developing strategies for cyber security at the management level.
• You develop a prioritized and actionable action plan for continued implementation.
• You analyze and develop working methods within the governance, responsibility, and monitoring of information and cyber security.
• You contribute structure for systematic risk analysis in change and development work.
• You review capabilities in the detection, classification, escalation, and reporting of security incidents, as well as collaboration between internal and external parties.
• You strengthen work regarding continuity, recovery of critical systems, backup routines, and manual working methods.
• You contribute to clarifying security requirements in procurement, supplier monitoring, and handling of third-party dependencies.
• You develop or update governing and supporting documents, or proposals that can be decided upon by management.
• You identify what competence needs to be added in upcoming work.

• You have experience with ISO27001, for example implementation.
• You have experience with the introduction of various regulations, for example DORA.
• You have documented experience working with NIS2, the Cyber Security Act, or similar regulations.
• You have experience from municipal or other complex organizations.
• You have the ability to work both strategically and operationally.

• Experience from social services, elderly care, or other welfare activities.
