Are you a meticulous and service-oriented individual with experience in securities administration and financial flows? We are currently looking for a backoffice employee for a consultancy assignment at a well-known bank in Stockholm.

Job Description
As a backoffice employee, you are responsible for the operational handling of securities transactions and related processes. You work with administration and reconciliations linked to a broad spectrum of financial instruments, ensuring that transactions are executed correctly in accordance with current procedures and regulations.

The role also involves ongoing contact with custodian banks, counterparties, and other internal and external stakeholders, which requires good communication skills and a professional approach.

The role involves:

  • Administration and handling of securities transactions in equities, bonds, derivatives, and currencies
  • Liquidity management as well as reconciliation and matching of financial transactions
  • Handling of dividends and corporate actions
  • Contact and cooperation with custodian banks and counterparties internationally
  • Ensuring that processes are carried out according to internal procedures and regulations
  • Ongoing administrative tasks related to securities handling

Competency Requirements & Experience
We are looking for you who have experience in securities administration or a similar operational role within banking, fund management, or other financial activities. You are structured, detail-oriented, and thrive working with numbers and administrative processes.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

  • Experience in administering securities transactions
  • Experience in liquidity management and reconciliations
  • Experience with dividends and corporate actions
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Strong administrative skills and a structured work approach

As a person, you are ambitious, service-oriented, and meticulous. You thrive in a role with many contact surfaces and have the ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel without compromising on quality.

Duration of Assignment
The assignment starts on August 3, 2026, and runs initially until January 31, 2027, with the possibility of extension.
