Your new role
We are currently looking for a Securities Operations Specialist for a contract position with a leading player in the financial sector. Here you will have the opportunity to work in an international environment with varied tasks related to securities administration and financial transactions.
As a Securities Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in the daily management of securities transactions and financial flows. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, contributing to ensuring high quality and efficiency in operations.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Administration and handling of securities transactions, including equities, bonds, derivatives, and currencies.
- Ensuring accurate matching and reconciliation of financial transactions.
- Managing liquidity flows and supporting liquidity management.
- Administration of dividends and corporate actions.
- Continuous contact with custodian banks, counterparties, and partners worldwide.
- Collaboration with internal functions to ensure efficient and quality-assured processes.

Employment type: Fixed-term contract as a consultant via JobBusters.
Start date: 2026-08-03
End date: 2027-01-31, with possibility of extension
In your application: Ensure it is clearly stated that you meet the client's desired qualifications.
To succeed in this role, you need:
- A post-secondary degree in economics, preferably with a focus on finance.
- A few years of experience in securities transaction administration.
- A few years of experience in liquidity management and reconciliation.
- A few years of experience with dividends and corporate actions.
- Good knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel and Word, as these tools are central to daily work.
- Preferred: Experience with SimCorp Dimension.
- Preferred: Experience with CTM (Central Trade Manager).
- Preferred: Experience with CLS (Continuous Linked Settlement).
