About Us

Rudalid Montessori Preschool was founded in 1988 and is run as a parent cooperative on Lidingö. We have two departments with a total of 36 children. The preschool is located in an idyllic turn-of-the-century villa by Kyrkviken, surrounded by beautiful nature and next to a nature reserve. At our preschool, dedicated educators work in an authentic Montessori environment where children's exploration and independence are at the center. Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for an engaged preschool teacher with Montessori training who wants to be part of our team and contribute to children's learning and development.

Qualifications:

• Graduated preschool teacher
• Completed Montessori training
• Experience working in preschool activities with children aged 1–6
• Good communication skills and proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Merits:

• AMI training
• Good knowledge of the Tyra app

Additional Information

• Employment type: Permanent, with a 6-month probationary period
• Scope: 100%
• Start date: August 2026, or by agreement
• Salary: Fixed salary. We apply individual salary setting.
• Other: We ask those offered the position to provide references and present a certificate from the Swedish Police Authority's criminal record.
