The Role of Office Coordinator

As an Office Coordinator, you have a broad and important function, responsible for ensuring the office operates efficiently and that employees receive the right support in their daily work. You work proactively and serve as a natural point of contact for questions, initiatives, and improvements. The role requires flexibility, structure, and a high level of service orientation.

Examples of Responsibilities

• Prepare workstations, equipment, and access rights for new hires
• Manage office supplies and inventory IT equipment
• Update documentation and organizational information
• Coordinate meetings and book conference rooms
• Ensure meeting environments are functional and ready when needed
• Administer access rights to premises and systems
• Support employees with practical questions and solutions

Your Background, Experience, and Competence

We are looking for you who thrive in a varied role with many contact points and who have a natural sense for service and structure.

• Experience in administrative work or a similar coordinating role
• Good ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Accustomed to working independently and taking initiative
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Proficient in using systems and interested in IT-related matters
• As a person, you are flexible, solution-oriented, and enjoy helping others

Good to Know
