Together with colleagues, you create an environment characterized by participation, safety, and joy. Your work also includes documenting and following up on students' development, as well as maintaining good communication with guardians to ensure a holistic view of the student's school and leisure time.

Merits

We would prefer that you have experience working in a leisure-time center.

You have a strong ability to work towards set goals and are engaged in continuously developing and improving the quality of the leisure-time center. With your curiosity and creativity, you inspire and motivate both students and colleagues. You are confident in your teaching role, pedagogical, and understand the importance of collaborating effectively to achieve common goals.

As a person, you are stable and secure, which enables you to create trusting and positive relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians alike. You are attentive to the children's needs and have the ability to create security in the group, while simultaneously sparking curiosity and a desire to learn in the children. With clear and inspiring communication, you motivate and energize students to absorb new knowledge and develop.
