Our preschool is located in Gamlestaden, close to forests and nature. It is easy to get to the preschool by bus or tram. The preschool opened in 2022 and has five departments. The role is located in one of our youngest children's departments.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• are a licensed preschool teacher
• have good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• have good knowledge of using digital tools in work

You take responsibility for both your own and the team's tasks and contribute to good cooperation.

You build trusting relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. You are also responsive in your approach and show respect and care for others.

You understand that children have different prerequisites and absorb knowledge in different ways. Based on this, you create a safe and developmental environment where every child has the opportunity to develop at their own pace.

We have had continuous training since 2021 in language-developing working methods "from babble to reader", so we are looking for preschool teachers with a great interest in working with this. It is meritorious if you have previous experience or a great interest in language-developing working methods.

We are responsible for education and care for approximately 25,000 children in nearly 350 municipal preschools. The administration has around 7,000 employees distributed across approximately 75 professions.
