The role involves

As a teacher here, you work in close collaboration with colleagues and school leadership in an activity characterized by development and shared responsibility. You are part of a work team where you together plan, implement, assess, and develop teaching with the student's learning as the focus. The work team meets regularly for follow-up and development of the activity.

You also collaborate with subject colleagues in wood and metal crafts to develop teaching. The assignment also includes cooperation with guardians regarding students' learning and development.

The school offers a modern learning environment where digital tools are a natural part of teaching. You use the learning platform Haldor, Teams, and other digital resources as support for planning, communication, and learning.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• is a certified teacher with the qualification to teach wood and metal crafts for grades 7–9
• has good ability to plan, structure, implement, and follow up on teaching based on current regulations
• is a secure pedagogical leader in the classroom
• has good collaboration skills and can create trusting relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues
• has the ability to see different perspectives and adapt teaching accordingly

Personal suitability is given great weight.
