We are now looking for an engaged SFI (Swedish for Immigrants) teacher who wants to become part of our team. We believe that anything is possible if we do it together.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We have changed the focus of our SFI program and are now working with industry-specific SFI. This is to increase our students' opportunities to enter the labor market. In this position, you will therefore work as an SFI teacher with a focus on professional industries. The role includes teaching, assessment, grading, and student guidance. You will collaborate closely with your teaching colleagues as well as our new unit. You will also contribute to developing the SFI teaching at the school together with your colleagues.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a qualified teacher with authorization to teach SFI. We would appreciate if you have previous experience working with industry- or vocational SFI, as well as experience in collaboration between education and working life. You have good digital skills.

THE WORKPLACE

The Adult Education section consists of two units: The Unit for Adult Upper Secondary Education (Komvux), and the Resource Unit for Studies and Work (RESA). Every year we have approximately 750 students on our courses within SFI, basic and upper secondary adult education, and several vocational training programs. You will be employed by the Komvux unit, but you will have close collaboration with our new unit. Together, we work to increase our students' opportunities to enter the labor market or pursue further studies.
