Töjnaskolan is a school with approximately 800 students from preschool class to grade 9. For the academic year 2026–2027, we have three parallel classes in each grade, from preschool class to grade 9. The school is located in central Sollentuna with good transport connections and adapted, modern facilities. Our operations are based on a value foundation where the vision is Töjnaskolan CAN, Knowledge, Responsibility, and Curiosity. Our staff works in teams, and collegial learning is a natural part of our work to provide our students with the best possible education. Job Description

Our focus is on creating good conditions for our students to develop and achieve good results. We are now looking for a substitute teacher who will teach textile crafts to our students in grades 5–9 and serve as a mentor for a grade 7 class, working together with a colleague. The start date is August 10, 2026.

The work takes place in committed and competent teams that offer opportunities for collaboration and development, as well as a sharing culture that contributes to collegial learning – all for the benefit of the students and with a focus on their continued development.

Qualifications

You hold a teaching license.

You are present, engaged, and accustomed to taking responsibility for students' learning. It is also important that you are self-reliant and can lead, motivate, and create engagement among students that contributes to their development. You have good collaboration skills and work well with others, relating to them in a listening and flexible manner.

Experience working with ICT, Infomentor, and Google Classroom is meritorious.
