Job Responsibilities

Your responsibilities as a preschool teacher are to plan, lead, implement, and evaluate the pedagogical activities in the preschool. This includes pedagogical documentation and systematic quality work.

You will be a key cog in our development work at the preschool. This means you contribute actively, help develop routines and working methods, dare to think and try new things, and develop and improve the organization and pedagogical work. All for the children's learning and security.

The primary task of the Child and Education Administration is to offer a safe and stimulating learning environment where we equip children and young people for the future. What We Are Looking For in You

To succeed in the role, you have:

• Preschool teacher certification
• Knowledge of the preschool's governing documents and the ability to translate curriculum goals into practical work
• Knowledge of digital tools, both technically and pedagogically
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written

It is meritorious if you have:

• Experience with pedagogical documentation
• Experience with a project-based approach
• Experience and knowledge working with all age groups in preschool
