About Trafiko and the role

At Trafiko, we are transforming the driving school industry for both students learning to drive and the instructors who teach them. In a short period, we have grown to become one of the largest players in driving education, operating in 35 cities across Sweden. Through our website and app, students study theory nationwide. In total, over 30,000 students are trained annually with Trafiko.

For the past 3 years, we have successfully offered driving lessons in Stockholm. We now want to expand our offerings to meet student demand and are looking for you to join us on this journey as a driving instructor.

About you

We are looking for someone who is positive, pedagogical, and passionate about helping students reach their goals by tailoring education to their needs. You are quality-conscious and handle interactions with patience. You take significant personal responsibility and have the ability to complete your tasks independently with foresight and structure.

Requirements

• Certified driving instructor
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, as this is required for daily work

Merits

• Experience using digital tools
• Additional language skills beyond Swedish
