Furuboda Assistans is a private personal assistance provider in southern Sweden with roots in the non-profit Furuboda Association. The company was established in 2005 and is a growing business. Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a personal assistant for a young man in Kristianstad, available to work during the summer of 2026. There is an opportunity for extension as an hourly substitute.

He needs help with all personal care, all transfers, communication, medication, tube feeding, and some exercises. The job is usually performed with double assistance.

Introduction takes place before the start date.

Working hours: 08:00–16:00, 16:00–22:00, 17:00–08:00 with night duty. According to schedule and as needed.

Qualifications

Some experience in similar tasks is desirable. You need to be calm and confident, able to take significant responsibility for your duties. At the same time, we appreciate if you are friendly, social, and have good interpersonal skills.
