RESPONSIBILITIES

As a leisure-time pedagogue, you create a secure social climate through trusting relationships and a meaningful leisure time that fosters the development of students' knowledge. You teach students to see things from different perspectives, show high expectations both socially and academically, and follow up on each individual's development. You build good relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. You also have responsibility for quality work related to the leisure center and are therefore part of developing the leisure center's operations as a whole.

The position includes resource support in school, and qualifications or interest in physical education, break-time activities, and work at the leisure centers Bikupan and Sjöboden are meritorious.

QUALIFICATIONS

The position requires certification as a teacher in leisure-time centers/leisure-time pedagogue or equivalent pedagogical education.

In this role, you must be able to work independently but also have strong collaborative skills. You must be able to interact with students based on a positive view of the student.

Meritorious if you have qualifications or courses in sports and health.

EMPLOYMENT TERMS

• Duration: 6 months or longer.
• Working hours: Daytime.
