Askersund Municipality currently consists of 12 preschools, divided into three preschool areas, spread across the localities of Askersund, Hammar, Olshammar, Rönneshytta, Snavlunda, Zinkgruvan, Åmmeberg, and Åsbro. We have a preschool organization consisting of three principals who are responsible for their respective preschool areas. The principal group collaborates closely to work equitably across all of Askersund Municipality's preschools. We have our own child health team consisting of two special education teachers, and we have good cooperation with IFO (School Health Service) and BVC (Child Health Center), which includes regular meetings.

We are now looking for you, a qualified preschool teacher, who wants to take on a longer temporary position at Mosippans Preschool in Åsbro! We have fresh and purposeful premises as well as access to a large yard with varied offerings. The preschool is well located and has access to natural areas as well as a library and bus stop.

Job Responsibilities

Are you an engaged and qualified preschool teacher who wants to help create an equitable preschool? Then you are welcome to a preschool with great potential and an active leadership. Together with colleagues at the preschool, you take responsibility for the teaching and further develop the operations so that the children get the best conditions for development and learning.

We are looking for you who:

• Are interested in working with the preschool's systematic quality work and are well acquainted with the preschool's governing documents.
• Are a listening educator who challenges children further in their questions and reflections so that they gain confidence in their own and others' abilities.
• Have good cooperation skills with both large and small groups.
• Place great importance on developing good, trusting relationships with children and parents.
• See the possibilities of the pedagogical room both indoors and outdoors.
• Professionally and systematically plan, implement, document, and analyze the preschool's education and teaching.
• Organize and structure the operations so that it benefits the children's security and development as well as the staff's working environment.

We expect you to be able to work independently as well as in work teams, and that you have good social skills and are a responsible person.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are educated as a preschool teacher with a preschool teaching license and good knowledge of the Swedish language.

Note that interviews and appointments take place continuously during the advertising period. The temporary position is appointed subject to necessary decisions being made, and possible extension may be feasible.

Great importance is attached to personal suitability. We would like our employees to reflect the diversity of society. Driver's license B and access to a private car are desirable.

Some experience is meritorious.
