We are looking for a Planning Secretary for the Individual and Family Care business area, which is part of the Social Services Administration. The business area consists of the following units:
- Children and Family
- Reception and Support
- Service and Transport
- Social Support and Treatment
- Adults and Social Security
The operations are primarily based at Hantverkaregatan 18 in Arlöv.
The Social Services Administration consists of two additional business areas: Authority, Support and Care, and Health, Care, and Prevention.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Planning Secretary, you provide support to the Individual and Family Care operations, where you are also part of the management group. You receive your assignments from the Business Manager, and your main tasks will consist of planning, investigation, coordination, implementation, follow-up, and analysis. The role involves working on operation-related issues in dialogue with the management group's managers. You will be involved in preparing and reporting on project applications, reporting on state grants, working with systematic quality work, and other development work. In the role, you are expected to independently or together with others conduct presentations and communication for and within the operations.
Your closest collaboration partners are unit managers, planning secretaries, and business developers in the administration and the municipality.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you with an academic degree relevant to the assignment and preferably with current experience of similar qualified tasks. You have good knowledge of public operations and experience of working in a politically governed organization. You are accustomed to writing reports, making summaries, preparing decision materials, presentations, and have worked with development work within public operations.
Since the work involves a lot of communication and documentation, it is a requirement that you can express yourself very well in the Swedish language, both orally and in writing. The position also requires good computer skills and experience working in the Office package.
If you have previous experience of working within Individual and Family Care, it is meritorious. It is also meritorious if you have experience with Lifecare, Qlikview, Stratsys, Evolution, and Estracer.
As a person, we see that you who apply for the position have a great interest in development work and administration. You are structured, self-starting, analytical, and proactive. You enjoy working independently and actively seek challenges and development opportunities. Since the assignment requires collaboration with internal and external partners, good collaboration skills are considered a prerequisite for success in the assignment. You have good communication skills and enjoy speaking in front of groups.
You need to be able to plan your work and meet set deadlines. The work also requires flexibility, that you enjoy working at a high pace, and that you can prioritize between your tasks if necessary to handle suddenly arising situations.
