Native Language and Study Counselor for Newly Arrived Students in Staffanstorp

The Education Administration
The Education Administration works from a perspective of ages 1 to 19 and covers preschool, school, and after-school centers. We work systematically and inclusively in our processes with a clear focus on children and students, which is one of the reasons for our good results in both preschool and school. Learning for Newly Arrived
Learning for Newly Arrived is a central activity that provides the municipality's primary schools with native language teachers and study counselors.

Job Responsibilities
- Preparation, implementation, and follow-up of teaching.
- Work according to the Swedish National Curriculum (Lgr 22).
- Assessment matrices.
- Grading.
- Scheduling.
- Special Adapted Support (SAS) work.
- Contact with guardians and school staff.
- Participation in staff meetings, evening conferences, and network meetings.
- Management of various learning platforms, e.g., V-Klass and Schoolsoft.
- Access to internal personnel information.
Qualifications
- Primary/Secondary School Teacher Education.
- Certified native language teacher.
- Good knowledge of Swedish (oral and written).
- Category B driver's license and access to a car.
- Good computer skills.
- Experience in native language teaching is an advantage.
Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
