The operations for which we are now seeking care workers are Främja Heleneborgsgatan in Hornstull and Främja Arvodesvägen in Hägersten.

Our work is based on low-affective handling and a salutogenic approach where our ability to build relationships, motivate, and inspire is crucial. With us, the primary individual is always at the center, which is why it is important that you as a person are receptive and clear, that you feel comfortable and radiate calm and security even in unpredictable situations. The work requires that you are solution-focused, secure in yourself, and that you can handle and have experience with challenging behaviors.

We also place great emphasis on being curious and actively participating in the work team as an employee, taking own initiatives, participating in activities, and following common guidelines and action plans. You are expected to be able to work both independently and in a group, as well as to handle routine household chores.

SCOPE: Part-time and full-time

PROBATION PERIOD: 6 months

HOURS: Sleeping on-call, weekends, and evening shifts are included

START DATE: End of August

You are relationship-building, calm, stable, and can maintain a realistic perspective on situations that arise in daily work. You have good collaboration skills and relate to others in a receptive way, and you enjoy collaborating with others. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about care work and can see the individual's needs.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

• Good proficiency in Swedish, both oral and written.
• Good computer skills, experience with documentation.
• Experience and knowledge of the target group within LSS.
• Upper secondary education such as Child and Youth Program, Care and Nursing Program, or post-secondary education such as support pedagogue, social pedagogue, or university education in a relevant field.

• Experience from psychiatry, AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication), and low-affective handling.
