Turebergsparken, Group Home
Turebergsparken is a newly opened group home in Stockholm/Sollentuna, with a planned opening in the fourth quarter of 2026. The group home is aimed at adults who have suffered an acquired brain injury (target group 2).
The Turebergsparken group residence in Sollentuna is centrally located, close to public transport and the city center.

What does the job as a residential support worker at Frösunda involve?
As a residential support worker, you work at our residences to support, motivate, and stimulate the individual's own ability to perform activities in daily life. You work to provide each customer with individually adapted support that helps them create structure, routines, and planning in their daily lives.
The residential support in the operation is granted to individuals within LSS target group 2; therefore, the individuals' skills, needs, and development drive our efforts. The goal is to create conditions for an active and meaningful life in a safe and pleasant environment.
The operation has 24/7 staffing and access to Frösunda's health and care team, including nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. This provides good conditions for coordinated and professional support based on each individual's needs.
Examples of tasks during day/evening shifts:
- Household chores such as cleaning, shopping, and cooking
- Documentation in the journal system and implementation plans
- Case management
- Reporting
- Outings, walks, exercise, and activities
- Personal care such as hygiene, showering, toilet assistance, encouragement, and social presence
- Supporting and motivating the customer to increase independence in daily life
Examples of tasks during night shifts:
- Independent work
- Night checks
- Personal care
- Documentation and reporting
- Operational tasks
Working hours are scheduled according to the needs of the customers and the operation, 24/7.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for you with a big heart and a desire to make a difference. You enjoy working with people and have a strong sense of service. You collaborate easily with others and have the ability to be flexible and attentive when needed.
Your profile should include:
- Education in healthcare and social care, e.g., nursing assistant education
- Preference given to those with LSS focus in nursing assistant education or other relevant educations, e.g., support pedagogy or social pedagogy
- Experience with LSS is a requirement
- Experience working with clarifying pedagogy
- You are unpretentious and accustomed to working in a team
- Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is a requirement

Employment type: Permanent position with an initial probationary period
Scope: Part-time/Full-time
Start date: Planned start in autumn/winter 2026
We apply individual salary setting and have collective agreements. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the positions may be filled before the application deadline. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
In the event of employment, you must be able to provide a certificate from the Swedish Police Authority (criminal record check). You must also be able to prove your right to work in Sweden, by showing citizenship within the EU/EEA or a valid work permit.
