At Sway Sourcing, we offer driven HR students the opportunity to intern at our office on the Costa del Sol, where they can develop within recruitment, the consulting industry, and international work. We are now looking for a Student Ambassador to be our extended arm in Sweden and help us reach out to more engaged students and educational institutions.

As a Student Ambassador, you will work closely with our team and help us strengthen our presence at universities and colleges across Sweden. This role is perfect for you if you are social, proactive, and enjoy building relationships and networks.

• Mapping relevant HR and Human Resource Management programs in Sweden

• Identifying and contacting universities, student unions, and program coordinators

• Helping to spread information about our internship program

• Attending and participating in open houses, career fairs, and other student events

• Finding creative contact channels such as notice boards, student forums, and social media

• Contributing ideas regarding marketing and employer branding

• Supporting with certain administrative and communication tasks

• Is currently pursuing a university degree in Human Resources, HR, or similar

• Has an interest or previous experience in recruitment, employer branding, and the consulting industry

• Thrives on taking initiative and creating new contacts

• Is service-oriented, communicative, independent, and driven

• Has basic IT skills and is proficient in digital tools

• Is active in student life or has an established network within universities/colleges (advantageous)

• Has previous experience working in customer service or sales (advantageous)

• A flexible part-time job alongside your studies
