Senior Scrum Master / Agile Flow Leader – Digital Services & Product Development

We are now looking for an experienced Scrum Master for an exciting and long-term consulting assignment within digital product development and data-driven services.

This role is perfect for you who are passionate about agile ways of working, coaching leadership, and helping cross-functional teams deliver high-quality digital services with a focus on user value and continuous improvement.

About the Assignment

You will support a product team developing digital services in the areas of analytics, coaching, user experience, and performance improvement. The role involves creating conditions for efficient deliveries by facilitating agile processes, removing impediments, and strengthening the team's collaboration and delivery capability.

You will work closely with product owners, developers, UX specialists, analysts, and other stakeholders in a modern product development environment.

Scope: 100%

Assignment Period: 06 Jul 2026 - 06 Jul 2027 with possibility of extension

Location: Hybrid solution with approx. 50% on-site work in Södertälje and 50% remote

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews
• Coach teams and stakeholders in agile principles and Scrum methodology
• Identify and remove impediments affecting the team's delivery capability
• Support backlog management and prioritization work together with the product owner
• Ensure transparency regarding progress, capacity, and delivery status
• Drive initiatives for continuous improvement and increased agile maturity
• Manage dependencies, risks, and coordination between different teams and stakeholders
• Promote collaboration between business, product management, development, and analytics functions
• Create structure and clarity in complex and changing environments

Qualifications

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Scrum Master within software or digital product development
• Very good knowledge of Scrum and agile ways of working
• Experience supporting cross-functional development teams
• Documented experience in coaching and change management within agile organizations
• Experience in stakeholder management and collaboration between technology and business
• Ability to handle risks, dependencies, and delivery planning in complex environments
• Practical experience with Jira and Confluence
• Very good communicative skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience from data-driven product teams
• Experience from digital services, analytics platforms, or user-centered products
• Experience working in scaled agile organizations
• Knowledge in product development, UX, or product discovery
• Experience with hybrid or distributed teams
