Our client is part of a larger construction and installation group where the electrical department is a specialized area. They are now looking for a Lead Technician/Project Manager for a business with stable and long-term assignments within contracting, service, and maintenance.

You will become part of a tight-knit team where you will have the opportunity to influence the implementation of projects from start to finish while working closely with technicians, customers, and the rest of the project organization.

The position is a direct hire, which means that the recruitment process takes place through Futuria People, but you will be employed directly by the client.

In the role of Lead Technician/Project Manager, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving projects forward. You act as a key link between technicians, customers, and the project organization, ensuring that work is carried out with the right quality, within timeframes, and according to current requirements.

Currently, the client has a long-term agreement with a large hospital project where the need for competent leaders is great.

Your duties will include, among other things:

• Planning and coordination of projects and resources
• Leading technicians and subcontractors
• Ongoing monitoring of quality, working environment, and progress
• Customer contact and participation in construction and project meetings
• Handling documentation, work orders, and reporting
• Support in technical matters and ensuring that work is performed according to current regulations and requirements

• Have several years of experience as an electrician and preferably experience as a lead technician, foreman, or project manager
• Have good technical understanding within installation, service, troubleshooting, and contracting
• Are accustomed to planning and coordinating work in a project environment
• Have natural leadership skills and enjoy creating structure and engagement in the team
• Are responsible, solution-oriented, and communicative
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
