We are looking for a Teacher

As a teacher in Swedish and English, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on teaching at the upper secondary level. You work based on governing documents, focusing on developing students' language skills, critical thinking, and communicative competence.

In this role, you will plan, implement, and evaluate your teaching. You will also monitor and assess students' knowledge development and adapt the teaching to meet students' different needs and prerequisites. Throughout the school year, you will collaborate with subject colleagues, other staff, mentors, and the student health team to create the best possible conditions for our students.

You will be an important part of creating a safe and motivating learning environment where students are given good opportunities to achieve their goals.

The position is permanent at 100% and begins with a 6-month probationary period.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, we look for:

• Teacher certification in Swedish and English
• Experience teaching Swedish and English at the upper secondary level
• Flexibility and adaptability in changing situations
• Goal- and result-oriented in planning and implementing teaching
• Good collaboration skills and communicative competence in work with students and colleagues
• Pedagogical insight and ability to adapt teaching to different needs
