Gain valuable insight into the legal work at one of Sweden's largest real estate firms. We are looking for a meticulous student who wants to support our client's legal department in an exciting system transition.
About the role
As a student employee, you will support the corporate lawyer in digitizing and quality-assuring supplier contracts. You will work in a social and dynamic environment at the head office, playing a key role in implementing a new contract management system. The assignment starts in early August and is expected to last through late summer, approximately 1–2 months, depending on the project's progress.
What you will gain practical experience with contract processes and legal administration within a large organization. You are offered a flexible part-time role that gives you a unique insight into how law works in practice, right in central Stockholm.
Responsibilities
The role involves practical administrative tasks combined with careful review of contract data to ensure high quality in the new system.
- Scan physical contracts and digitize documentation.
- Match physical contracts against information in the new contract system.
- Verify that data in the contracts matches the registered information.
- Identify discrepancies, missing data, or unregistered contracts.
- Document any gaps or errors in the system.
- Flag discrepancies to the responsible lawyer for further handling.
We are looking for someone who
- Is studying law or a similar field
- Has good knowledge of Swedish and English
- Has basic knowledge of contract review or processing
- Is highly meticulous and able to work in a structured manner
It is an advantage if you have
- Experience in administrative work or case processing
- Experience working with confidential information and/or GDPR
