The entire society is shifting towards a fossil-free future. We want to lead the way in the development of our industry, so that more people can move forward, take care of their vehicles, and run businesses with the lowest possible carbon footprint. Do you want to contribute to sustainable development, for real? Join us on our journey!
Do you want to take a holistic approach to some of our most business-critical people processes – and at the same time be the go-to specialist within Compensation & Benefits? Here, you will have a key role where you drive and develop processes such as salary reviews, salary mapping, and bonuses, while simultaneously creating the best possible employee experience through smarter, more user-friendly digital flows. Here, you become part of a culture where we make each other better – for real.
We are now looking for you who want to drive and help us develop Compensation & Benefits and People Automation at OKQ8. The role is a fixed-term position for 12 months with the possibility of extension.
About the role
In this fixed-term position, you will have clear ownership of important processes with a Scandinavian functional responsibility and a specialist responsibility within C&B. You work both operationally and developmentally: planning rollouts, creating clear communication to employees and leaders, following up, and improving. An important part of the role is also to drive process automation in close collaboration with our colleagues in Tech – with the goal of creating efficient and user-friendly people processes that contribute to an optimized employee experience.
You will mainly work with:
- Own and drive People processes such as salary reviews, salary mapping, bonus processes, and company cars
- Be the specialist and overall responsible for our benefits offer and internal job architecture
- Plan and implement communication and training initiatives
- Identify improvement and development needs and turn them into concrete initiatives
- Have vendor responsibility and work with external monitoring within C&B
- Ensure compliance and legal adherence within your areas of responsibility
- Drive process automation projects together with our Tech colleagues
We are looking for
We are looking for you who have a few years of experience from similar work and who thrive when you get to combine structure, analysis, and collaboration. You like to take ownership, drive improvements, and make complex questions understandable to different target groups. As a person, you are meticulous, responsible, and thrive in a role where you switch between acting as an advisor in complex questions to operationally performing varied tasks. You have problem-solving skills, can see connections, and have an understanding of how processes and activities hang together.
We are looking for you who have:
- 2-5 years of experience from Compensation & Benefits and/or related People processes
- Experience of driving or coordinating processes such as salary reviews, salary mapping, and/or bonuses
- Good communication and pedagogical skills
- Good knowledge of Excel, for example for analysis and follow-up of HR and compensation data
- Good system familiarity and experience of development projects related to HR processes
- Good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
- Experience of using AI tools for efficiency is meritorious
- Experience of organizational and job structure issues is meritorious
If you think this fits you, we can offer you an exciting role where you get the opportunity to become part of a great People team at OKQ8.
Welcome with your application as soon as possible, but no later than June 5th. We will handle applications on an ongoing basis, so don't wait to send in your application! For questions, contact us on phone 070-168 81 47.
We offer
