As an Area Manager with us, you will take on an exciting and developmental responsibility for a geographical area, where you support our team leaders and ensure that both customers and employees are satisfied. The most important thing is that you have drive, want to develop as a leader, and enjoy having responsibility for both people and processes. You will join our People Operations team, consisting of three Area Managers and one Commercial Manager, where we drive and develop the work together.

What does the role involve?

• You coach and support a team of field team leaders and cleaners in their daily work.
• You are responsible for planning, scheduling, and ensuring everything runs smoothly in your area.
• You actively work to create a positive work environment and follow up on results.
• You communicate with our customers, follow up on feedback, and help build long-term relationships.
• You collaborate with other parts of the organization to find good solutions.
• You have personnel responsibility and handle simpler employment law issues with support from HR.
• You ensure there is staff in your areas and are responsible for the final stage of the onboarding process.
• You collaborate closely with our customer service in Fuengirola, which handles daily customer contact.

We believe you:

• Have at least 2-3 years of experience in the service industry, perhaps as a team leader or supervisor.
• Are comfortable communicating with both employees and customers.
• Have an interest in leadership and want to grow in the role.
• Are structured, self-motivated, and enjoy juggling multiple tasks.
• Are solution-oriented and good at prioritizing different tasks.
• Are computer literate and quick to learn new systems.
• Are fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English.
