The Procurement and Tendering Unit carries out operational and strategic procurement and tenders, as well as managing and following up on concluded contracts. With the entire procurement process in focus, we work with exciting and varied tasks. We offer a developing assignment in a positive and engaging work environment with approximately 26 colleagues, of whom 7 are contract controllers. We are now looking for a Contract Controller to join our unit, with an start date in October 2026 or as agreed. The position is currently located in Härnösand with the possibility of remote work. Meetings are held both digitally and physically, and travel may occur within the role. The position is a permanent employment with a start date of October 1, 2026, or as agreed.

As a Contract Controller, you play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our contracts.

• You manage the administration of our contracts and have a good overview to take proactive measures during the contract period.
• You check and analyze the flow of invoices and volumes to identify cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• You hold alignment meetings with our suppliers and purchasing operations.
• You act as a legal support to ensure our contracts comply with current laws and regulations.
• You drive the development of our contracts at both operational and strategic levels.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a post-secondary education in a field relevant to the position, or equivalent knowledge acquired through other experience deemed suitable by the employer.
• Has experience working with the Public Procurement Act.
• Has good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you

• Have education in contract law.
• Have education in project management.
• Have experience from work with contract development, contract follow-up, and procurement control.
• Have experience from contract work involving interpretation and negotiation.
• Have experience of change management.
