Technical Instructor in Hydraulics – Vocational Higher Education & Corporate Training

Do you want to share your technical knowledge while continuing to develop yourself? We are now looking for an engaged technical instructor to join our education team within hydraulics and related technical fields.

About the Role

As an instructor with us, you work with both vocational higher education programs and corporate courses. Teaching is delivered through a mix of distance learning and instructor-led sessions, providing variety and flexibility in your daily work.

You do not need formal teaching qualifications – the most important thing is that you have technical experience and a passion for teaching.

We tailor the role to your skills and experience. You may focus more on:

• Distance teaching and supervision
• Classroom teaching
• Practical exercises and demonstrations

Your Background

We are looking for someone with experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Hydraulics
• Electrical engineering or automation
• Maintenance or mechanics
• Mechanical engineering or similar

You don't need to know everything – we value breadth, curiosity, and the willingness to learn more.

At our organization, it is easy to get started in the role – most courses are already well-prepared, allowing you to feel confident in your teaching quickly.

ITH provides education in hydraulics, electrical engineering, maintenance, automation, electronics soldering, testing, and mechanics.
