Nordic Sport Club AB organizes sports courses for children and young people in Stockholm and Uppsala. Our group currently consists of Lilla Tennisakademin, Uppsala Tennis Academy, and Uppsala Sport Camp. Working with us gives you valuable work experience and the opportunity to join a rapidly growing organization where you have great prospects for growth, both as a leader and as an individual. All instructors receive training in leadership, CPR, safety, and NPF (Neurodevelopmental Disorders). As an instructor, you become part of a social and engaged team that often enjoys social activities together, united by a shared passion: to inspire more children to participate in sports!

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is responsible, proactive, and social. You should enjoy taking responsibility, working with children, and collaborating with others. Furthermore, it is important that you are passionate about sports! We welcome instructors with all types of sports backgrounds, and we do not require previous coaching experience. However, prior experience working with children and young people, as well as experience in tennis and/or athletics, is considered an advantage.

Job Description

As a sports instructor, you will teach children aged 6–10 simple coordination exercises, ball games, or tennis, depending on your specific sports background. Your role is to inspire all children, instruct them in exercises, and serve as a positive role model. Teaching is done in teams of four, with one lead instructor. You will teach the same groups every week and work weekday afternoons in the Stockholm area.

Employment Type

This is a hourly position involving 2–10 hours of teaching per week. You will work the same shifts every week throughout the entire term, which spans 12 training weeks.
