About the role

Are you a certified teacher with qualifications in Natural Sciences (NO) for grades 7–9? Do you want to work in a school where curiosity, engagement, and collaboration drive teaching forward? Then you might be the person we are looking for!

We at Västerholm are now seeking a Natural Sciences teacher for grades 7–9. The position is a permanent employment with a start date at the beginning of the autumn term or as agreed.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher with qualifications in Natural Sciences for grades 7–9. You are passionate about sparking students' curiosity and making science understandable, relevant, and inspiring. You plan, conduct, and follow up on teaching based on current guidelines and create a safe, structured, and varied learning environment where students can develop both their knowledge and critical thinking. By combining theory with practical laboratory work, you give students the opportunity to explore, investigate, and understand scientific connections. You meet students with clarity, warmth, and high expectations, adapting teaching to their different needs.

At Västerholm, we believe in the strength of working together. We value collegial collaboration highly, and you will work side by side with a colleague in the Natural Sciences subject. Together, you will plan and develop teaching, share experiences, and support each other to give students the best possible conditions to succeed and develop.
